    Well. This is already an established forum with some members. You should advertise it more on PTC sites. You just need to improve the design a bit and you should also place some more adhitz or clicksor ads. you can offer banner slots to your members so they can buy a spot for them to place their referral banners. You can offer paid to post to every member for some time in starting. You can hire couple of moderators to manage and help members (If old moderators are no more at their position :)

    Me too. Do you know any affordable designer who can make it great logo? I dont have PSD for it..

    The current logo is made on any free logo site. You should get a new designed for it :)
