    If your looking for a website that actually makes money then your looking at the right auction.

    Up for auction is a very niche website which is only going to get bigger.

    Anyone can run this site and all the hard work has been done. It has been optomised so it ranks well in the search engines and recieves a decent amount of traffic for a small site.

    The site has been operational for 6 months now and as I said it is only going to get bigger and better for the potential owner (very reluctant sale).

    This site is based around downgrading PSPs , basically it unlocks your PSP so you can release its potential.

    The site has generated over $3100US in the last 3 months and the only expenses were about $300 in advertising.The only other expense is hosting which is around $9.95US a month through Hostgator.

    Basically new owner can just sit back and answer questions (takes me all of 5-10 mins a day) .If you don't think you could handle answering support questions we could negotiate a price and I will do it or I suggest going to a PSP forum and hiring some kid then you don't have to do anything.

    Site currently has just over 300 members but it also come with a list of 1300 double optin subscribers that you could potentially market to (alot of these people are waiting for a downgrader to become available, when it does send them an email and watch the $$ roll in).

    I need some cash urgently to travel overseas so I'm looking for a decent offer and the site can be yours.
