Psoting in Double or Triple Categories

    I have a new blog and I have some articles that could be posted in numerous categories. For example, this one article could be posted in Running, Diet, and Health categories. Will I get penalized by Google and other search engines if I post in all three categories? Is that considered duplicating content?

    It is a hard question to answer, I thought the same thing when I owned a blog, I just kept each post stored in one category, but with more than one tag.
    So with your example, maybe post it wil the category of Health, with the tags of Running, Diet , Health

    i see many blog having same article in different categories working fine.

    Yeah I dont think it really matter just do what you want to do, I wouldnt worry to much.
