    www.psnerd.com is the site for sale.

    The site is running on wordpress so its incredibly easy to update.

    Included is the custom wordpress template , 4 non-unique tutorials , and the domain.

    I dont know if it gets revenue as i didnt put it on a seperate channel.

    It gets pretty much no traffic. 1-2 uniques per day. Top day was 9. As i never promoted or added any content.

    Quick Bin: $40

    Buyer is responsible for moving site to your server, hosting can be provided for a reasonable fee.

    To answer pm's= The domain is registered at namecheap with very close to a year left. and as it states in the first post it runs from wordpress. No i cannot help move it to your server. I am not very good at moving scripts server to server.
