Looking for very EXP Designers to Supply fully layered PSD's for me to convert to into working versions for various CMS / Forum platforms. Full resale rights required, looking to hear from only Quality Designers and people who are looking for ongoing work. I am looking for many different design styles for the main niches but most importantly is a HIGH QUALITY standard of work.. Detailed / Easy to work with Designs i can basically code into CSS / HTML versions. To be converted and sold as "Pre-made Styles" for various platforms i choose, I will be doing the bulk of the work but sometimes may need minor adjustments also.. A ongoing working relationship is also very important and I can either offer you a one time payment for full rights or I can also provide you with a life long % per sale each time one of my designs sells via my site / store.. The later method is preferred as this will drive the designer to provide excellent work to help increase sales, but will also result in the original designer earning much much more than offered as a one off sale.. This would be my preferred method as i am open to taking on one and maybe more business partners for my upcoming project Expert Pixels. Again I would like to stress that 2 payment options are offered: 1) a Once off sale to me with full resale rights 2) The designer earns a percentage each time a item sells (That i have converted / coded) for the life of my project (My Preferred Method) you get full access to sale stats / my website and i can also offer weekly payouts and even the occasionally upon request (if in a position to do so).
