PSDpro.com - Photoshop tutorial site with all natural traffic. PR3

I bought this one, like so many others, thinking I was going to actually do something with it, but it's been a month now and I haven't had time to do squat to it. It took me 3 weeks just to get the site off the server of the guy I bought it from and change the AS code. When I bought it, it earned a reported $1 to $2 a day - but the url channel I set up was for psdpros.com not psdpro.com so an oops on my part.

Anyway, Don't assume no revenue but do know that I have no idea what revenue it generates. Here are what stats I do have though:

Start it off $50 and when I see an offer I like, it's gone. I'm not looking for a fortune here, I just want to find it a good home while it's still in a great position.

I know very little about the site as I purchased it, moved it some time later and now am selling it. The only thing I ever got around doing was putting my adsense code on it. From the looks of it, there are 3. But these are unique and were featured on places like good-tutorials and others. There are no paid or reciprical links. I have linked to the site from a single site, spiffycorners.com. I won't make any promises, but I have no intention of taking the link down as I don't do anything with that site anymore.

I don't have a BIN in mind, because I have no revenue details. It basically comes down to: what is 200-300 targeted uniques a day worth to you?

As long as the bidding goes over $100 I'll part with it for whatever it reaches. Auction will go no longer than 72 hours and the first person to post a BIN of say $400 can have it.
