    Dear DigitalPoint Member,

My name is Thomas Horton and I am a professional XHTML/CSS coder with over 7 years of experience. I do this job because I like coding, my first priority is not money, but the client. I work to pixels EXACT as in the PSD. Therefor my golden rule is: Not statisfied? No payment!. That's right, you only pay when you are statisfied about my work.

Why not to hire a cheap coder ::

You might think, why should I hire a professional while they are so many coders that will complete one psd for only 25$? Well, the cheap price do has a reason, these people will 98% of the time do a bad job. And the base code of the website is the most important thing. You could better spend your money to one professional coder then to 5 cheap coders in order to get things right.

How do I know you are a professional? ::

Their is plenty of previous work displayed in my portfolio:
