Hi, I'm offering my extensive programming services in (X)HTML and CSS for a low price. As stated in the title, I charge $30 for the initial page and $15 on any other pages in the same 'theme'. Please note I can't do things like jQuery (bar very simple things), so dropdown menu's etc, are out of the question. However I can do some PHP, but if you need that it will cost extra. Turnaround time of ~48 hours. I reserve the right to charge more if a .PSD is significantly complex (however I will always announce my rate before beginning a product - aka, I won't come and surprise invoice you for more etc).
