PSD --> Wordpress XHTML/CSS

    Hi all,

    I have a PSD design that I would like coded into a fully custom Wordpress theme, its fairly basic, but I need it done to exact requirements. Does anyone have any recommendations on who to use? I have seen a big variation in pricing from guys with no portfolio offering it at $50 right upto companies at $500-600.

    Looking for recommendations based on previous experience please,
