    I tried to give some work to this guy, I spend a couple of hours to send him the files and explain him about the project and he told me that he will come back to me in three days...

    I emailed him to see how it goes, but never got a reply... After five days, I saw that he deleted me from MSN and never emailed me :(

    It's so hard to find decent and professional coders these days.
