PSD to XHTML/Valid CSS

    I am looking someone who is proficient in css and xhtml. I need a PSD file to be converted into XHTML and CSS within 24 hours. This is very urgent. Please, no newbies. I need someone who is expierenced and can convert the PSD into a XHTML/CSS file that is valid between both IE and firefox.
