    My name is Joshua and I am a website designer/developer from the UK. I am currently looking to build up a new portfolio of HTML and CSS work for next year and am looking for a few people who need PSD to HTML/CSS coding.

    I can offer this for a good price (usually just $20 - $30) and I can get it done relatively quickly.
