    I need long term experience psd to xhtml/css coder for converting 10-20 psd template to xhtml/css.

    I can pay via Monthly, Project basis.
    I can not pay more then $15 on project basis.

    I can do per project for $15 but coding will be using tables. if needed tabelless coding then the cost will start from $20 let me know.
