PSD to XHTML coding needed

    I need a quick and easy PSD to XHTML/CSS (W3C valid) coding for a coming soon page. I can do this with dreamweaver but I need a fast coder that can also add a submit email field.

    I am willing to pay $10-15 via paypal and I am looking for a long term relationship for ongoing work.
