Buying PSD to XHTML coding job

    Hi,

    Here is a jpg shot of my PSD

    I am looking for a coder who can code this in XHTML with support for firefox, IE, and Safari. All text areas should be text on the website as well (unless the text is custom)

    If you do not have a good portfolio, I may still hire you, but you MUST take 100% of the payment upon completion of the project (so I know you don't produce garbage)
