psd to xhtml and css (doesn't have to be valid)

    I need someone to take a template i have and make it xhtml and css (doesn't have to be valid) I can't pay money right now but I can put yoru name and a link to a site of your choice in the footer and a link to your site in my signature, and hosting on my site.If needed i can also send 10$ in 2 weeks when I get paid.

    The template isn't complex but I don't have time to do it.
