    looking for experience coder/s to slice (very difficult) PSD to Wordpress

    Specs:

    • Theme must be created from scratch
    • HTML5 & CSS3 commented and validate
    • Back-end to manage homepage structure and lateral widgets (no payed framework please)
    • Retina Ready
    • 11 PSD to slice
    • Contact Form 7 integration

    • All text must be in txt (no text images)

    • Manage multi-language
    • Manage banner Rotation
    • Manage Image Galleries
    • Optimized code for speed
    • All in One SEO Pack
    • Google XML Sitemaps
    • Breadcrumb Integration
    • WP Super Cache
    • WP-PageNavi
    • SEO Friendly Images
    • Sociable
    • qTranslate

    As I said is a very hard work and want it to be really clean and slick.

    Payment:

    Via PayPal
    - 50% once homepage and back-end is completed
    - 50% once completed and tested on test server
