Buying PSD to WordPress Theme

    Hi,
    I want to make my PSD to WordPress exactly. I have a simple PSD file that need to convert to WordPress theme. I want to SEO friendly coding only and with w3c validate. There are now any slide show or etc. Just simple code with 2 drop down menu. I can pay only after design completed and 100% run in my server. No advance payment.
