Buying PSD To WordPress Theme

    I need someone to convert my psd to a wordpress theme.
    I have attached the screen shot. http://i43.tinypic.com/efqx02.jpg
    I need it to be converted to a wp theme, I DO NOT need all the widgets on the side to be installed / setup I just need the categories on the left, I can add the plugins myself.
    I Also DO NOT need the music player to be put in there between the speakers. Just leave empty div.
    I DO NOT need the 4 additional 125 x 125 ads at the bottom either.
