    need a skilled person who can convert .psd-files (designs) to high-quality valid Wordpress so it would be great if you could provide me with price for converting .psd-files to Wordpress templates

    I require the following for the templates:

    * Structured and commented SEO-optimized (X)HTML & CSS
    * Valid according to W3C (http://validator.w3.org/)
    * Javascript library to be used should be jQuery (http://jquery.com/)
    * Compatible with all versions of following browsers: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari...
