Buying PSD to Wordpress services : budget $200

    I am looking for professionnal PSD to Wordpress services, I will need these services for multiple templates to be converted (I offer $200 each) they have from 3 to 5 pages each.

    I need the templates to be :

    - Responsive
    - Fluid (resizable according to your screen resolution)
    - Pixel perfect CSS3/HTML5 code
    - Drop down menu (if needed)
    - Validated code
    - SEO Semantic
