Buying PSD to wordpress - see attached design

    Looking for a good coder to code the attached design to wordpress. We have layered psd design file.

    Must have experience- please show me some of your work. Need to be good with CSS & output valid code.

    For this design we need a home page template and a basic inside template. Looking for someone to get started quickly. Please include your cost & estimated time to completion.
