I have a simple PSD file that needs to be converted into a Wordpress theme. This theme is not graphics intensive nor requires extra plugins, it's your typical header, left sidebar, content, right sidebar and a footer layout. I already have another theme which I need someone to tweak to resemble my PSD file.
