Buying PSD to Wordpress (homepage + contentpage)

    I am looking for a .PSD to Wordpress conversion, which includes a slider plugin at the bottom (I prefer a free plugin)

    It is about the following PSD:

    Other requirements:
    - The green arrow at the navigation menu does show the active "viewing" page
    - Logo should be clickable
    - The red button "inschrijven" should be clickable
