PSD to Wordpress E-Commerce conversion; which is best customizable plugin for this?

    I would like to design a webshop in Photoshop. I want to be as free as possible in designing the look and feel of the shop, without having restrictions of the chosen Ecommerce plugin!!!
    After the design is finished, I want to convert the PSD to a Wordpress theme.

    Which Ecommerce plugin is very very (!!!) customizable, so I am free to design how I want it, without being restricted to the templates of the plugin (or the way the plugin is setup)?

    I heard WP Commerce is most used, but not that customisable designwise.
    Is Shopp, Eshop or PhPurchase a better option? Do they all have the option to change the CSS?

    I hope to see some good advise....

    Erm, you need to find a php-programmer, to cut the PSD into wordpress theme.
