Buying PSD to Wordpress coverter needed!! FAST MONEY

    hi
    need the following psd site converted to a wordpress site

    I really only need the home page skinned.

    The top menu has to be stactic so I can I manually link it the pages. No need to use wordpress menus
    Also it has to be all CSS based, no tables.

    more work may follow so PM me an attractive price and prev. work done.
