Buying psd to wordpress coder

    I have a psd with an index page and the design for the inner pages in it.

    I need that put into wordpress coding.

    Will want to talk to somebody on skype about this. If you do not have skype do not message me.

    What I need is specific.

    Looking in the 50-120 dollar price range.

    I checked out some of those convert your psd to wordpress services for 99 bucks on google but would rather talk to somebody on here first.
