    Most important qualification:

    1. WordPress Theme must be responsive
    What is Responsive Web Design?
    Responsive Web Design is an approach to building websites that focus on providing users of different types (desktops, mobile phones, large screens, iPads, etc…) an optimized and tailored website viewing experience.

    2. WordPress Theme needs to have a Theme Options Panel

    3. Let me know the framework u are comfortable using (or if u are building it from scratch)

    If you qualify -------

    Send me a sample of a Responsive Theme you coded
    Show me your theme admin panel
    Please also include your starting rate!
    We need to start ASAP!

    Hi. Just leaving a reply here so that you can consider me in the future if needed.

    I can code the PSD into valid XHTML/CSS (pixel perfect) and keep the layout responsive.

    I have been developing custom backend panels for the past few years so I can create as many custom panels as you would like depending on the requirements of the project.
