PSD to wordpress coder needed for simple theme $60

I need a theme done quickly but professionally , Its a simple theme that you need to code the home page plus some little extra's.

Budget is $60 for this one.

PM me how fast you can get it done , the person who can do it quickest will get the job, Payment will not be given until the job is complete to make sure the job is done properly , The theme also needs to be 100% w3 valid

 

Still looking for this to be done , the last two people asked to do it has let me down . Need this done with in 24 hours so please only reply if you can do it within that time

 

Id just like to make a quick post, Id like to say that after trying so many people on these forums to find a reliable coder to outsource our's and our clients work to when we are too busy to work on certain projects. Someone that follows instructions incredibly well, works to all W3 standards, is extremely cost effective and quick at the same time are incredibly rare. Which is why i think i should write this because i would HIGHLY recommend colorofbrains to anyone , He's done a great job and in fact a better job that some of the larger Wordpress PSD companies we have used at a much greater price
