Actually don't need a PSD conversion at the moment but looking for someone with this skill set. A VB4 programmer and designer in one. Searching for someone who can do advance programming and modifications to VB4 AND handle design aspects such as PSD to VB conversion, CSS adjustments etc, etc. Looking for highly skilled at reasonable rates. Must have good related itraders. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.

Working with BaussDesign did not go well. Still searching for a good VB4 designer with programming skills. Thanks again!

Working with me did not go well?

He paid me for 2 hours and I did everything he asked for and did even extra 30 minutes for free, so I worked 2h 30 minutes.

After that, he started demanding me to do more work, which he had not paid for and sent me arrogant and disrespectful e-mails to me and with last e-mails, he was even trying to blackmail me to do the work for him, or he will post me negative on my iTrader.

He took the right to estimate designers time and estimated the work I had done in 2.5h as 30 minutes, it included editing his logos in photoshop and customizing whole vB4 default style and I am definitely not a slow worker, I am quite the opposite, you can even read it from my iTrader(it was also vBulletin project).

In conclusion, I finished the job he gave me, got paid for it and he was happy, for some time at least and now, 3-4 weeks later, has gave me a negative iTrader.

So, be warned, this is a deadbeat client.
