PSD to valid HTML/CSS

    If you think some of you can code it in less than 10 hours and are willing to accept $30 I´m happy to give you this job.

    The coding has to be tableless and cross browser compatible.

    I want to recommend DP member rochow but your budget is quite low. If you could increase to 80-150 then he might consider you.
