.PSD to PHPProxy - Looking for coder

    Hi all,

    I'm looking for a coder who can code my .psds and set them up with PHP proxy, so they're 'ready to run'. Please quote how much per .psd, and how long it will take you.

    BTW PHPProxy isn't essential, if you know of a better script please suggest.

    Also - Q) Do you need to know PHP to set up PHP Proxy? Or just html/css?

    to run a proxy you really dont need to know anything, to customize a proxy HTML and php knowledge is best, assuming your using phproxy.
