Buying PSD to HTML

    I need a PSD to HTML done, fairly simple layout, a JQuery carousel required.
    I have a budget of $40, and need a one to two day turnaround.
    PM me for PSD and timeframe, as well as portfolio - very simple, I just don't have time for it.
