First use the slice to slice the image
Then File>Publish to web>and save it

 

You can slice and export and take hours over it or you can use SiteGrinder and do it in seconds . ..

I've tried site grinder on a friend's computer and it worked pretty nice. the quality of the coding is very poor though lol.
