    The image optimizing is good, really good.

    But something like this:

    #logo a {
    	display: block;
    	width:299px;
    	height:93px;
    	background:url(../images/logo.gif) 0 0 no-repeat;
    }

    #logo a:hover {
    	display: block;
    	width:299px;
    	height:93px;
    	background-position: 0 -93px;
    }

    Code (markup):
    No need to set the properties twice:

    #logo a {
    	display: block;
    	width:299px;
    	height:93px;
    	background:url(../images/logo.gif) 0 0;
    }

    #logo a:hover {
    	background-position: 0 -93px;
    }

    Code (markup):
    ul and h2 are block level, so use margin or padding to make space instead of <br />'s

    </ul>
    <br />
    <h2>Who's it for?</h2>

    Code (markup):
    And get rid of these inline CSS:

    <div style="text-align:center; font-style:italic; font-size:14px; margin-bottom:20px">
    <span style="font-weight:bold; font-style:normal; font-size:12px">
    <div style="text-align:center; font-style:italic; font-size:14px; margin-bottom:20px">
    <span style="font-weight:bold; font-style:normal; font-size:12px">
    <div style="text-align:center; font-style:italic; font-size:14px">
    <span style="font-weight:bold; font-style:normal; font-size:12px">

    Code (markup):

    thank you VimF, your absolutely right :) I will correct those right now.

    About the image optimization, I use a technique called CSS Sprite to minimize both the size of the images and the HTTP requests.

    thanks again

    Papaman just did a job for me. I have to say that so far they are one of the best PSD to CSS/HTML coders at DP. I will be using them in the future for sure.

    Papaman just several more projects for me. I have to say that while he isn't the cheapest coder on DP I will say that he is one of the most talented and responsive coders I have worked with here.
