If you want to outsource a coding service to HTML, the only way you'll EVER be able to make even a little money is to be very proficient in XHTML and CSS, and not coding with tables. I doubt you would have the time and energy to do this for $5/project.

 

We have used Karthi over the past year to create images and logos for us. We are a UK based database management system and website development company and can say he is efficient, delivers your request with speed, and if it's not right, he will keep changing any project until we, the client, are satisified, it is what we requested.
