Buying PSD to Html (for a SIMPLE mobile website) Needed ASAP! Fast PayPal $$$

    I have a PSd design that i need made into html. It's actually a mobile website and the layout is SUPER simple. If you know how to code for mobile sites that would be a plus. PM for the design... again it is VERY simple so you should be able to code it pretty fast. The code just needs to be real clean no tables. I can pay fast via paypal!!

    ********* Forget about the mobile stuff I just need the strict clean html (unless you are good with mobile coding PLEASE let me know).
