Buying PSD to HTML/CSS

    I have this in layered PSD format - http://i46.tinypic.com/3522q9k.jpg

    Need it converted to a nice clean HTML/CSS page with little use of images (background images are fine).

    If you can do this send me a PM, you must include either your skype/msn/gtalk details in the PM.

    Also please advise me of a price and a time frame in the PM as well.

    well i think you need experts in this field . i think you should go to slicingpsdtohtml they are good in layer PSD.
