PSD to HTML/CSS programmer needed!

    I have a main home page design and a sub page design that need to be coded to xhtml/css.

    Both are in PSD format and I have very detailed notes for each page. The sub page is also very similar to the home page.

    Pretty basic design as well, very clean and corporate.

    I need this done within the next day or two. Give me your quote.

    I have someone that will do it, who is good, but they cannot finish until Monday.

    I want it sooner than that.

    PS: I am in PST timezone (CA, USA)

    The only thing here is my budget is really low because the other guy will do it for $25.
