Buying PSD to HTML/CSS - Non Wordpress - Paypal Payment

This is the final time I am posting this project. If you do not have time to work on this in the next 24 hours do not PM please. If you do not have +5 iTrader do not PM me. Sorry to be harsh but hate wasting my time.

I have a 3 PSD layouts that all have the same header and footer that I need converted into HTML/CSS. Please response only if you have +5 iTrader feedback and samples of your work. I'm looking to have the work done as soon as possible and payment will be paid in paypal.
