Buying PSD to HTML/CSS - Non Wordpress - Paypal Payment

    Hello,

    After posting my project 2 weeks ago and having a table design returned to me I figured I'd try again.

    I have a 3 PSD layouts that all have the same header and footer that I need converted into HTML/CSS. Please response only if you have +5 iTrader feedback and samples of your work. I'm looking to have the work done as soon as possible and payment will be paid in paypal.

    My yahoo is Blakoutdotcom I'm online but hidden please add/message me for links to the jpgs.
