PSD to HTML/CSS Job $225 please read carefully

I am starting a business, I have designed a web template with photoshop and the pages are currently in psd formart. I am looking for someone experienced with html and css to code this design. The template includes a few ajax scripts and round corners, which must be fully compatible with all browsers (no exceptions on this)

There will be a total of 10 pages, the job must be completed within 9 days or less and must come out flawless (just like the psd) I don't wanna use images for the round corners, I would prefer if you use pie.htc or something similar to do the trick in older versions of Inter Explorer. There are two pages currently designed, I will get them finished as you code..

For members with experience and large amounts of positive itrader feedback (10 or more) I will pay $125 upfront and the other $100 once the job is completed and inspected for errors, and cross-browser compatibility. I will not give you any money upfront if you don't have at least 10 positive feedbacks, so please don't ask.

Thanks for your interest, 48 hours sounds good. I can see that you're new and not enough feedback, there is a lot of scamming going around we don't know how to trust I hope you understand that. I wouldn't feel comfortable sending you any money upfront.

 

hi interserver, i would love to take on the project, it would take the full 9 days tho, i would be willing to do it for free, as im busy with work atm, (builder) and can only spend afternoons and weekends working on it, also i really want to get back into building websites, i have over 10 feedback, but if you wish, you could also have me build the site along side someone eles, as a guarantee. look forward to hearing from you, thanks for reading.

Far as cross-browser compatibility, how accurate is your work?

 

Well, as mentioned, I'll use the PIE.htc (for old IE versions) file to round-up the edges. For the rest, well, I can't say precisely, since I haven't seen the actual design. You can PM me some watermarked screenshot, and I'll tell you right away.
