It'll really depend on the complexity of the template and also if you are going to support all browsers. IE can be a mess. There is also an interesting point (javascript), so are you going to add client effects (like sliders, animation, AJAX). So the price can varies from $40 to $100 or even more.

 

Without checking design, it is not possible to quote correct price. Please post screen-shot of psd files.
