Buying PSD to HTML/CSS conversion

    I have a PSD design that I need coded into valid HTML / CSS.
    The design includes a homepage and then 4 subpages.
    There is also a PSD template for a audio player design that I would like sliced up. Even better if it could be coded into HTML with jQuery so things like sliders are working.
