Buying PSD to CSS

    Hi all, need a PSD coded to CSS.

    You need to know how to code borders in blockquotes.

    You also need to be able to cut the images in such a way as to give me greatest flexibility such as in changing the size of boxes.

    You also need to use valid, table-less code.

    PM me please with portfolio if you have one and a quote. You must be able to start straight away, and accept by Paypal.
