Psd To Css / Html

    I have a design that I need converted from a psd file to valid css and html. This is for one page of coding that will need to be broken down to fit within our template structure at our host. I will need a header section, body section, footer section, and home page code. Please provide best pricing with examples of your work. I will need this project completed by Thursday.
