PSD to CDR File

hy i had hired a designer to get my front page of my brochure to be designed , well he gave me a psd file , now the other designer is asking for cdr file , can anyone help me out on hw to convert psd to cdr and i need to give it in printing too , but will the printing press accept psd files

 

yes printing press will accept psd file but the psd needs the be worked with CMYK format
