    Looking for an ADEQUATE and EXPERIENCED bootstrap 3 coder to code a responsive site from an existing PSD.

    please note, *EXPERIENCED* is a big keyword here. Any signs of not being experienced will result in termination of the job, so please do not waste my and your time.
