Here's the deal: I do full freelance website design, but I really enjoy doing the conversion from a finished design (PSD or image file) to standards compliant HTML and CSS and/or WordPress theme. Since I have a few months without full time work ahead of me, I would like to line up as many of these types of conversions as possible. I typically charge $40 per hour for this type of service, but I am dropping my price to $30 per hour for Digital Point. I am also open to bulk order discounts and all types of budgets, however, so just check with me if you need work done. A typical conversion will only take a few hours and I find the average order to be around $60 to $90 total for a properly designed PSD file.
