Contest [PSD ONLY] Contest #3 - $250 For Website Design - No Coding -

I need a PSD for a local print advertising company.

Some points of interest:
-We would like to keep the logo and the yellow theme that goes along with the logo. (Don't make a design that will blind someone, though, we don't need a lawsuit!)

-We would like an email subscription/newsletter section.

There will be three large sections in the body content:
"Daily Deal" "this week's BIG DEAL" and "food deals"
The content for these sections will rotate often, as each deal is temporary.

Contest Rules:
- I will view the PSD before I send payment. Not negotiable. Check iTrader; I've held three contests like this one in the past.
- You will not be able to use the design in your portfolio. I will gain all rights to the design.
- It will run for about a week or until I find something I really like.
- Upload previews to a URL where it can be deleted after the contest.
- Ask questions/post designs in thread.

And if I offer your feedback, please don't take it the wrong way.
I will try to be as constructive as possible.

To those who posted designs thus far: I was hoping for a little more time being put into the designs. Each of the designs submitted was done within 24 hours.

I just don't want you guys to waste your time, when other designers will be putting in designs later this week of a higher caliber. (Hopefully, anyway!)
